Memebership eligibility

• Travel agency, destination management company, and Hotels must apply for membership.
• orelea reserves the right to accept or decline applications. referrals from the network accelerates the acceptance

Transactions & payments

• All transactions are processed securely via the Platform.
• Payment terms, commissions, and cancellation policies are outlined during booking.
• orelea may charge service fees as indicated in partner agreements.

Liability (to be discussed with the lawyers)

• orelea is not responsible for service delivery, quality, or disputes between agencies and suppliers.
• orelea facilitates introductions, bookings, and payments only.

Data & privacy

• orelea complies with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
• Users consent to Orelea storing and processing data for operational purposes.

Termination

orelea reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Govering Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (or preferred jurisdiction).
